a thousand thoughts ran through my head

each bringing an energy to entertain

that in previous moments would have

sent me into a tailspin following them , chasing them,

denying, arguing with them

i have grown ways to welcome them

and send them on their way

it’s no longer a sign of failure,

of past wrongs never to be forgiven in my heart towards myself.

it’s now a way that i can say to

those with similar places of stilll stuckness,

oh yeh , when that comes up for me ,

Hello,i say, welcome to my heart

thank u for trusting me to see u

as u are ,

to receive u .to feel u

i release the judgement i placed on u

and let u go ,

i choose something new to feel

to take your place .

in this moment of healing

u are freed from the hidden place

where I held you

i continue to give us both an energetic bath

feel us both in a version

remarkably uplifted.

breathing deeply into my heart’s center

ever more whole.
